Which has been nice but each time seems like the property hasn’t been maintained very well.
Paint and plaster peeling off the walls. Dead flies all over the window sills and rubbish from previous people. Doesn’t look like the cleaners or managers have a very good eye for detail.

We have discussed the issues you have mentioned with our Property Management Team, who has advised of a cluster fly infestation which has now received multiple treatments and has seen a near total reduction since, but we do extend our sincere apologies for your experience of this issue during your stay. We will certainly be addressing the points about the paint and décor generally, and we appreciate you letting us know.
