    “We were truly impressed with everything.”

    The cottage was spotless, the fixtures and fittings were of high quality, and the location was excellent. It didn't take us long to feel comfortable and enjoy our stay. We are looking forward to coming back next year :) Thank you.

The property

The beautiful Breeze Cottage is situated within walking distance of the idyllic Meanporth Cove and Swanpool Beach.

Based at the Village of Gardens, Pendra Loweth, which houses an array of shared facilities such as tennis courts, a gym, Jacuzzi, children’s outdoor play area and an indoor splash pool, just a short walk from the front door.

Positioned on the south side of the Village, alongside the stream that winds its way towards the cove, this holiday home has a modern and stylish interior with open plan living.

The spacious sitting area boasts a plush corner sofa to snuggle up and watch your favourite shows on the 55-inch Smart TV, the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the local area.

Through the French doors, outside a private sheltered patio awaits you, with a picnic bench and two comfortable garden chairs, where parents can relax whilst their children play on the communal lawn.

Venture into the sleek kitchen adorned with quartz work tops, a range of high-quality kitchen appliances including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing/dryer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, as well as top quality kitchen knives and Cornish Blue crockery; you’re sure to find everything you need for dinner parties, brunches, evening meals and alfresco dining!

Downstairs also provides a convenient cloakroom/WC, with a funky tropical interior.

Upstairs boasts two sumptuous bedrooms, one king size and one twin, perfect for families to stay.

Start the day off with the choice of a bubbly soak in the tub or an invigorating shower to wash away sandy toes after a day at the beach.

Just a 25-minute walk away, or 5-minute drive, Maenporth Beach is a quintessential sandy cove, a quieter venue for those seeking rest and relaxation.

Swanpool beach is popular with families, with a beach café and water sport hire and tuition.

The North Helford region is an Area of Outstanding Beauty destination for visitors its mix of woodland, creeks and historic villages making it a unique destination to explore.

You could also make the most of the beautiful gardens the National Trust has to offer, just a short drive away including Trebah, Glendurgan and Trelissick.

Or why not try Bosvear?

A peaceful walk tucked in wooded valleys, offering picturesque views of the restful Helford River, perfect for a picnic.

The harbour town of Falmouth is also within a ten-minute drive, here you can meander along the breath-taking harbour, uncover a wealth of history in the maritime museum and art galleries or take to the open water on sea safaris to see dolphins!

About the location

FALMOUTH

Penryn 2 miles; Mabe 3 miles; Truro 11 miles.

The small, rural community of Budock Water is situated just to the west of Falmouth and close to all the attractions this beautiful area has to offer. There are many riverside pubs and restaurants scattered through the area in which to relax after a day's exploring and several beaches nearby, whilst excellent sailing and watersports on the river estuary and Helford River are available just 3 miles down the road. Canoe hire is available at Maenporth and Swanpool, with Maenporth also offering diving courses, while the area is great for cycling, with bike hire available 5 miles away at Bissoe. The delightful town of Falmouth is close by, where you can ride the King Harry ferry to St. Mawes. Several National Trust properties and the world-renowned gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan are just three and half miles away, whilst the wooded trails along the misty river creeks and inlets will keep visitors occupied for days. An absolute haven for nature lovers and those passionate about the sea or simply a great place to unwind!
