“We had a great time at Pippin Cottage.”

It was just the right size for us, 4 adults, 1 teen and a dog, with a fully enclosed garden, so she could be let out with us not worrying. Everything we needed was provided, from washing machine and iron to hairdryer in the bedroom. We also had great weather for a week in Oct/Nov which meant we could go out for some lovely walks in the local area, whilst also being close enough to Penzance to go to shops/cinema/St. Michael's Mount etc. We also spent a lovely day in Falmouth and the Cornish ...

Communication with the owner was great and any queries were dealt with straight away. We hope we will be able to return again. Thanks!

About the location

GOLDSITHNEY

Marazion 1.5 miles; Penzance 4 miles; Helston 11 miles.

A typically Cornish country village with picturesque houses, shops and village pubs, Goldsithney is set back from the coast, thus escaping the main tourist rush, yet lying close to all the main attractions. Dominating the area and just 2 miles away is the off shore island castle of St Michael's Mount - reaching it via the causeway when the tide is out is a must. Right on the doorstep there are fabulous beaches, the coastal path (winding its way over the cliff tops) and plenty of sailing and fishing. Visit Penzance, with its slightly bohemian air, the cliff-top theatre at Minack or the stunningly beautiful fishing villages of Marazion and Mousehole - a superb base for exploring beautiful Cornwall.
