Nestled in the seaside village of St Agnes, is this charming detached house, Avalon.

The property is located in the heart of St Agnes and is the answer to your Cornish holiday dream situated on quiet Water Lane, offering a central spot near to beaches and amenities.

The house is a 15-minute walk to Trevaunance Cove which is the local beach and dog friendly all year round.

The house is short walk to a variety of delicious pubs; The Tap House and The Bear Inn only a 2-minute walk away in addition to Schooners restaurant and The Driftwood Spars which are by the beach.

If you are looking for a delicious breakfast, there is the award-winning St Agnes bakery or the Green room café a short walk from the house.

This property is newly refurbished suited to a family of six looking for a Cornish holiday near the beach.

The property includes two double bedrooms with Simba mattresses and a single bedroom with bunkbeds suitable for adults with luxury John Lewis pocket sprung mattresses.

There is a main bathroom which includes a bath, shower and toilet.

In addition to this in the master bedroom there is an en-suite offering an extra bit of luxury.

The open plan lounge and dining area will be a favourite space to relax in for all, whether it's sitting at the table tucking into breakfast excited for the day to come, relaxing on the sofa watching TV or reading a book while dinner is in the oven.

The newly equipped kitchen space includes an electric oven and hob, fridge, and microwave meaning you have all you need to rustle up some delicious dishes.

Enjoy drinks outside on the patio in the evening sunshine or wake up to breakfast alfresco.

At the front of the property there is two car parking spaces which is a real bonus in St Agnes.

There is also a secure storage room on the side of the house which has facilities to hose down the dogs and rinse and then dry the sandy wetsuits, the space is also suitable for storing equipment e.g.

surfboards or bikes.

For a beach day you have several places to choose from; Trevaunance Cove is closest and is St Agnes' main beach, great for paddling and exploring the rock-pools teaming with life.

Chapel Porth just a short drive south, it's worth the trip, as it's one of Cornwall's most beautiful coves.

Enjoy an adventure on the water with Koru Kayaking, setting off from Trevaunance Cove, you can be guided along a two-hour kayaking journey for some unforgettable holiday memories, and stunning scenery.

No trip to Cornwall would be right without a bit of surfing, so get out on a board and whilst St Agnes is one of the areas known for experienced surfers, there are many surf schools in the area for complete beginners.

The South West Coast Path is a short walk away from the house and provides a fabulous way to explore the beautiful countryside.

It has well-marked paths and passes villages with pubs and shops along the way for any necessary pit-stops.

St Agnes Heritage Coast offers some beautiful landscapes to ramble through, with the St Agnes Beacon offering a great viewing point.
