This magnificent, semi-detached holiday home of Llawnroc is tucked away among the gorgeous countryside of Cornwall, on the outskirts of Mullion.

Because of its opulent accents throughout and access to a wealth of on-site recreational amenities, including a shared swimming pool and an infrared sauna, the home is a truly brilliant base for a family of eight's break on the Lizard Peninsula.

When you arrive, park up in one of two on-demand off-road parking places before entering to be the impressive abode.

As you go inside the house, you'll come across a stylishly arranged sitting room with velvet sofas surrounding a large flatscreen TV and an electric fire; the ideal place to spend quality time with your loved ones!

Continue to the spectacular kitchen/diner, a well-lit area boasting contemporary units with a high-gloss finish and numerous amenities, including an American fridge/freezer and a wine chiller; the group's chef can prepare exquisite meals with ease here!

When these delectable meals are ready, serve them as a quick nibble at the breakfast bar or as a feast for the entire family at the elegant dining table.

In the evening,  freshen up in the cloakroom/utility room, where you can also keep your holiday wardrobe fresh with the laundry facilities.

On the ground floor, you will find one of the four elegantly furnished double bedrooms; this room offers lovely décor, a wall-mounted TV, and access to an en-suite shower room, making it perfect for multi-generational holidays!

Upstairs, you'll find the remaining three double bedrooms, the first of which has a TV and an en-suite shower room, another with a TV in both the bedroom and the en-suite bathroom, and a further bedroom, also with a TV and an en-suite shower room; all of the first-floor bedrooms have zip/link beds for added convenience.

A secluded garden to the rear of the home has been designed with leisure in mind, with its hot tub and fire pit taking centre stage and offering plenty of entertainment, especially during the summer months!

There is so much more to discover in the private grounds, from the shared gaming rooms, which are bound to be a had with the teens, to the sports facilities, which include a sports hall and gym equipment.

About the location

MULLION

Helston 5 miles; Lizard Point 5.5 miles.

Mullion is a large village on the Lizard Peninsula, five miles south of Helston and just over five miles from Lizard Point, the most southerly tip of mainland Britain. The village is home to a selection of popular restaurants, shops and pubs, Mullion Meadows Chocolate Factory and coffee shop, as well as Mullion Cove, a pretty working harbour. Helston is a pleasant busy market town famous for its Flora Day Festival and the many stories and legends about the "Furry Dance" are told in the fascinating Helston Folk Museum. Nearby is the Poldark Mine, one of the best underground experiences in the south west and which tells of the widespread mining heritage of this area. Further afield is the harbour town of Falmouth to the east and Land's End to the west. Mullion is a wonderful holiday destination offering plenty of attractions for the whole family.

Note: Part of the garden is enclosed for pets.
