    “We had a wonderful 12-day stay at The Birch in Killiow over Christmas and New Year.”

    The cottage is spacious, incredibly cosy, and equipped with everything you could possibly need, including excellent Wi-Fi. Michele was a fantastic host, taking great care of us throughout our visit. The location is perfect, making it an ideal getaway. We can’t wait to return!

Killiow Estate Lodges

A select collection of contemporary hi spec Eco Lodges nestling in the heart of the beautiful and historic Killiow Country Estate, the perfect base for families, groups, large parties or special occasions and ideally located for exploring the dramatic and stunning north coast, or the many tranquil coves and creeks of the south coast, both of which are within a 10 mile radius. Truro is the retail centre of Cornwall with a good range of independent shops as well as national stores all within a compact city centre. With its eclectic range of art galleries, bars, restaurants, cinema, theatre, museum and outstanding cathedral this small city is a superb year round destination. Steeped in history and intriguing architecture there is always plenty to do and see. Just meandering through the Georgian cobbled streets is a pleasure in itself. With many peaceful parks all within a short stroll from the centre it is a most relaxing city to visit. A wonderful day trip can be had from Truro to Falmouth along the stunning Fal estuary with many options to disembark and pick up the boat later along the scenic river trip.
