    “I've stayed in many cottages here over the years and this was one of the best so far.”

    It was clean, warm and cosy, and had everything you could possibly need. It also had excellent internet which many certainly don't, this was important for me as I needed to be in easy contact with disabled relatives. I would definitely choose this cottage again on future stays.

This well appointed terrace cottage allows you to bring your pet without having to compromise on quality, comfort and value for money.

With views over a gentle stream towards a wooded valley from the front aspect, a relaxing ambience sets the mood for your holiday.

Furnished to a good standard throughout, the accommodation comprises a spacious open plan living room with doors to a sheltered patio where parents can relax in the afternoon sun and watch children have fun on the communal lawn.

It caters well for families with three attractive bedrooms and two WC's.

Both the kitchen and bathroom are modern and there is parking for one car plus visitor car parking. Enjoying the south west aspect of the village, Compass Point benefits from easy access to the coastal footpaths and Maenporth Cove.

Guests wanting to enjoy a game of tennis are just a stone's throw away from the all weather courts whilst those wanting to relax will appreciate the private patio.

Just a few minutes stroll to the central amenities, those who have not ventured to the beach may enjoy a dip in the Splash Pool or a work out in the Gym.

North Helford and Falmouth are perhaps the quintessential Cornish visitor destinations; a mix of beach, creek and woodland serve some of our most interesting and historic villages and towns.

Falmouth itself is home to the National Maritime Museum, visitors will enjoy an amble through the narrow streets and possibly a boat trip across the River Fal or up the river towards Truro.

FALMOUTH

Penryn 2 miles; Mabe 3 miles; Truro 11 miles.

Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (the third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches, will keep you occupied for hours. The town's old harbour-side pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and stunning National Maritime Museum simply complete the picture. Pendennis Castle, built by Henry VIII, is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with superb panoramic sea views. Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes). For nature lovers there is the Swanpool Nature Reserve, a lagoon and site of special scientific interest teeming with a variety of wildlife. There is also a golf course. Falmouth offers such a rich variety of landscape and attractions for people of all ages, it is sure to tempt you back time and again.
