The property

Refurbished to an excellent standard throughout, Ebenezer Cottage is a highly desirable detached residence within moments of the wide sandy beach and south-west foot path at the coastal town of Marazion.

This traditional slate-clad, white washed cottage has been transformed into a contemporary living space equipped with new furnishings and appliances, carefully picked for their style, quality and functionality.

The interior has a subtle retro feel with sleek wood furniture and elegant chrome light fittings teamed with plush soft furnishings in varying shades of chocolate and teal.

The open plan living room is a sociable space with doors to a private and enclosed patio and on cooler days it is made cosy by the warm glow of a modern flame effect fire.

The kitchen is well equipped for the serious cook and stands out for its curved contours and ultra-glossy cream and black finishes and there is the added benefit of a WC /utility room.

Upstairs is a comfortable double bedroom and twin bedroom (which can zip and link to 6' bed) and a bathroom with a fashionable shower/bath. Perfect for couples and families seeking a relaxing or active outdoor holiday, Marazion sits in the crescent of Mounts Bay, opposite the famous medieval castle of St Michael's Mount and neighbours the ancient market town of Penzance.

Central for touring West Cornwall, the fine beaches at Praa Sands, Porthcurno and St Ives and the picturesque fishing villages at Porthleven and Sennen are all within a 30 minute drive but self-drive is not essential here.

Marazion is a happy mix of local life and holiday resort providing a range of local amenities (including tea shops, art galleries, pubs and restaurants) and being served by main line rail station at Penzance and good local transport links.

There is parking for one car.
