“Stayed at this property a few times now, it is a very comfortable house with a very high standard of decoration throughout.”

It is well laid out and well equipped. The location is perfect as it's less than 5 minutes from a beach or a shop but as its set back a little bit it is extremely quiet at night. Parking is excellent and the enclosed garden is cosy and private. There is literally nothing to dislike about the place.....

Here you can relax in front of the electric fire with a glass of wine on a chilly evening as the chef of the group prepares dinner, serving up on the sociable dinner table for everyone.

Alternatively, enjoy a spot of alfresco dining outside in your very own private garden, savouring the sunshine on a summer’s afternoon.

The three stunning bedrooms are set over the remaining floors, comprising a large master double with its very own luxurious en-suite facilities on the second floor, followed by two first-floor double bedrooms, served by a gorgeous bathroom.

Approximately 100 yards level walk will take you to the sea front with stunning views over the coastline and towards Newquay harbour, your only decision now is which beach to choose - with such a fine selection, you really are spoilt for choice.
