Make your way up to the first floor and you will find the highlight of this property - a stunning open plan living room.

With panoramic sea views from the juliet balcony and a comfortable seating area, this room is the perfect place to relax.

On a warm day, open the bifold double doors for a stunning backdrop whilst you enjoy a meal at the elegant dining table.

Completing the property is the beautiful Scandinavian hot tub which is uniquely heated by a log burner beneath.

For a lovely day out, Porth Beach is only a 5 minute walk away while the Historic Porth Island is also closeby and offers picturesque sea views from many points.

Walkers will be happy to know that there are plenty of coastal walks between Porth and Watergate Bay.

When the tide is in you can walk along the beach the whole way from one to the other and stop off for lunch and refreshments before heading along the coastal path back home.

Newquay 1.3 miles; Truro 15 miles.

Porth is a small seaside village on the outskirts of Newquay. The village offers a shop, cafes, restaurants and a pub on the sandy beach, plus nearby is the South West Coast Path, which boasts spectacular scenery. Watergate Bay, with its rolling waves, surf schools, cafe and pubs, is a short walk away, and the popular resort of Newquay with its beaches, watersports, pubs, restaurants, zoo and aquarium is well worth a visit. Fistral Beach and surf centre are three miles west of Porth, whilst the surf training school at Lusty Glaze Beach is actually within the village. The charming fishing village of Padstow, along with Bodmin Moor, the city of Truro, Falmouth and the world-famous Eden Project are all within easy reach, making Porth an ideal base for a Cornish getaway.
