    “On arrival had to wash stained mugs for a drink.”

    No welcome pack as in other properties, property needs new cockery and a dishwasher which will help problem of soiled utensils being put back into cupboards.the next day went out and bought own mugs and crockery for our own personel use. Was easier than moaning. Toaster rusty. Microwave door difficult to open but works. I had downstairs bedroom which was lovely. My son had upstairs. Which was fine with views Only moan when stripped single bed duvet was badly stained with old stains. Yuk. Needs ...
