The property

Set in 20 acres, in the picturesque village of St Agnes on the north Cornish coast, Oreo's Cottage is uniquely positioned and is the perfect base for a fun family holiday.

A one mile walk will take you to Chapel Porth, a fabulous National Trust beach with cafe.

Further afield, the large sandy beach at Trevaunance Cove is lifeguarded in the summer months and dogs are welcome all year round.

Here you're within 5 minutes walk of the centre of the pretty, thriving and unspoilt village of St Agnes.

Local facilities include a bakery with coffee shop, butchers, greengrocers, pharmacy and newsagents meaning guests need never venture out to the supermarket.

There are also several pubs and restaurants in the village including the Driftwood Spars at Trevaunance Cove which is home to a micro brewery and was in the Times top 50 pubs in the country in 2011.

Oreo's Cottage is close to Cornwall's World Heritage North Coast Path and intrepid walkers will enjoy spectacular cliff top walks to Perranporth in the east and to Porthtowan to the west.

Inside, the cottage is bright and airy, stylishly finished yet welcoming.

Step up to the kitchen where you'll find a slimline dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric oven and hob, Nespresso coffee machine with pods, washer-dryer.

Smart sitting room has a woodburning stove, dining table and TV/DVD.

There are two neat bedrooms, a ground floor double with an en-suite shower room.

A half flight of stairs lead to a twin bedded room (with additional pull out bed for a younger child) and a landing from the which you access the garden (table/chairs).

St Agnes is a thriving picturesque village on the Cornish coast, with four beaches on the doorstep and surrounded by wonderful countryside. Swim or surf in the clear waters, walk the footpaths and bridleways or hop onto the South West Coast Path. Coasteering, kayaking and horse riding are all available locally, and St Agnes has a regular programme of events and gigs for all the family to enjoy.
