The property

Bumble is nestled in the Cornish countryside, within 6 miles of the seaside towns Charlestown, Porthpean and Mevagissey.

With an abundance of wonderful walks to explore lies this beautiful, glamping tent.

Beyond the canvas walls, discover the spacious open-plan living space, where a toasty wood burning stove/ range takes centre stage.

There is a compact kitchen area, housing a sink, cutlery, and a fridge to store your favourite treats.

Settle down at the dining table to tuck into a feast and toast to your handsome hideaway or on warmer evenings enjoy an alfresco affair on the veranda to relish the quaint setting.

Indulge in a soak amongst the bubbles in the wood-fired hot tub to admire the twinkling stars before heading inside and rinsing off in the shower room.

The Stars and Embers Glamping safari tents Bumble and Honey near Grampound, Cornwall are set in a beautiful tranquil and rural location, and offer luxury glamping under the stars; set amongst glorious Cornish countryside these are perfect bases to relax and digital detox. The two safari offer spacious accommodation, sitting privately on a six-acre family run site in the curve of a hay meadow. Each safari tent has a large veranda to catch the evening sun and their own wood-fired hot tub, perfect for soaking tired limbs after a day exploring the nearby coast and listening to the birdsong or admiring the star speckled skies as night draws in. Each of these safari tents accommodates up to five guests and inside there’s a roomy living area with comfy seating including a day bed, plus a simple kitchen with proper worktop with cupboards and a log fired range for cooking ensures the tent keeps toasty warm even in the colder months. The fabulous Lost Gardens of Heligans and Eden Project are also within easy reach and the most local beach is the very beautiful Caerhays Beach (Porthluney) adjacent to Caerhays Castle and Gardens and is 15 minutes by car. The sandy beach and coastal golf courses at Carlyon Bay and Porthpean are a 10 miles and the charming fishing village of Mevagissey and the historic port of Charlestown, famous for its tall ships and the filming of the BBC’s Poldark series are a similar distance. A little further along the coast is the stunning scenery of the Roseland Peninsula with great walking routes, beaches that are rarely crowded and charming fishing villages. You will also discover the fashionable waterfront town of St Mawes, popular among the boating and yachting fraternity. Grampound is a pretty, historic village situated on the edge of the Roseland Peninsula, a designated part of Cornwall's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Approximately equidistant to the cathedral city of Truro, the old market town of St Austell and the north and south coasts, it is an excellent location for exploring the Cornish Riviera with its beautiful landscape and coastal scenery. You will find a country pub, heritage centre, restaurant, general stores and a coffee shop in the village. The long tracts of sandy beach at Carne, Pendower and Porthluney, are dog-friendly and are within easy reach of and the charming fishing village of Mevagissey and historic port of Charlestown, which are well worth a visit. The infamous Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are within a short drive and for a more active break, there is Pentewen Cycle Trail and Porthpean Golf Course. A visit to the exclusive waterfront village of St Mawes and the harbour town of Fowey with their excellent range of pubs and foodie restaurants are highly commended.
