“The people on-site were very friendly.”
Really liked the location, nearby lovely places. Good parking facilities. Modern accommodation. Liked that both rooms had an en-suite. I would just say that we all found the mattresses to be a bit on the hard side and the living room chairs uncomfortable. Could do with a blind on the back door because we had someone walking past to maintain the hot tub on a daily basis. There's also refurbishment work in progress within the grounds, so builders are walking around and some equipment around. There was also someone working at 7.30 am which created a little bit of noise. I do think this should have been mentioned in advance.
Thank you for your review and feedback Caroline!
We would love to welcome you back to Tresooth Cottages again in future! With regards to the mattress feedback, thank you for this, we are in the process of updating the matteresses in this property so can assure you that if you were to stay again, you will have a much better nights sleep. We have taken on board your comments regarding the blind in the downstairs door, and will be addng this to Penpoll.
With reference to the works, the builders shouldnt have been working this early, and do not usually start works until later in the day, particularly if it is going to be noisy, this has been fedback to the team and ensure that if works were due to start this early, then we would of course, as always notify guests before hand.
We do hope this helps and we would love to welcome you back to Tresooth Holiday Cottages again in future!
Thank you
