The adjacent study houses an electronic piano with optional headphones.
There is a Wi-Fi repeater in the sitting room and Wi-Fi works throughout the property.
Outside a large private lawned garden includes a patio area with furniture and a BBQ and gives onto two fields, backing onto Bodmin Moor.
There is an excellent village shop within half a mile.
The South Cornish coast, with the iconic fishing towns of Looe and Polperro is a 30-minute drive from the house, with secluded coves for swimming further East or West.
The fascinating harbour town of Fowey is easily accessible.
The dramatic surfing beaches of the North Coast such as Polzeath are an hour away.
You are also perfectly placed to enjoy exploring the quaint market towns, excellent National Trust and other houses and gardens and attractions such as the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan in this peaceful corner of Cornwall.
