The property is very small which we knew but that was fine it was a base to explore that part of Cornwall we had no intention of cooking so didn’t worry about the kitchen set up I do think that it would be nice if you updated the property listing as there is no pub and hasn’t been for quite a while and no beach cafe so nothing left in porthallow

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately the local pub is up for sale and we are hoping that it will soon have new owners. There are two pubs just up the road in St Keverne that serve evening meals and Fat Apples, a short walk away in Porthallow, offers great breakfasts and lunches. There is also a beach cafe that serves evening meals in high season . The agent has been asked to update the listing and has contacted all booked guests to let them know about the pub being closed.
