Open style for convenience and innovatively arranged to maximise space, the living room features a smart cream kitchen with oak worktops along with clearly defined dining and seating areas.

Examples of the owner's craftsmanship as a Potter are evident in the artefacts displayed and pictures from well known local artists adorn the walls.

Patio doors opening onto the garden afford the main bedroom a sunny double aspect, whilst the twin bedded room positioned opposite the bathroom is neatly presented.

Time can be idled away relaxing in the south facing garden, a private and sheltered haven in which to enjoy al-fresco dining on a balmy summer's evening.

Tucked down a lane on the edge of the village within walking distance of the popular Lion & Lamb pub, when you feel the need to explore keen walkers will find ample opportunity for scenic coastal rambles over National Trust land to Rinsey Head and down to its rugged cove or westwards to the golden stretch of Praa Sands beach and eastwards to the quaint fishing harbour at Porthleven.

Keen golfers may like to try their skill at the nearby Praa Sands Golf course.

Well positioned for touring the Lizard Peninsula, Land's End or St Ives, a fine choice of beaches and tourist attractions await your discovery.

Close by a walk up Tregonning Hill will be rewarded by superb panoramic views encompassing two coastlines on a clear day.

Sharing the drive with the owners who reside opposite, there is allocated parking for one car

Porthleven 3 miles; Falmouth 12 miles; Penzance 14 miles.

Helston lies at the western gateway to the Lizard Peninsula, a large area of downland fringed by a beautiful and spectacular coastline. Helston is a pleasant busy market town famous for it's Flora Day Festival and the many stories and legends about the "Furry Dance" are told in the fascinating Helston Folk Museum. Nestled in a tranquil setting is the National Seal Sanctuary on the Helford River, where there is plenty of entertainment watching seals play and feed. If it is thrill rides that excites you, then Flambards theme park will keep you amused all day and also has excellent living history experiences. Further afield is the harbour town of Falmouth to the east and Land's End to the west. Helston is a wonderful holiday destination offering plenty of attractions for the whole family. By car reach numerous outstanding beaches, including Porthleven Beach, Praa Sands Beach, and Gunwalloe Church Cove Beach, with Loe Bar offering a dog-friendly landscape, along with the chance to join the stunning Cornish coastal path.
