“Such a great barn conversion.”

Very well equipped with everything you could need and very comfy. Even the dogs settled straight away. A lovely garden for the dogs and for us to sit in. Only 1/2hr to most beaches and the nearest just 15 mins away. We would definitely return again.

The cottage was exceptionally clean and everything you could possibly need was provided. Although we were not on holiday to watch television - it was a nice touch to have 2 televisions and netflix!! Wi-fi was excellent also.Lovely hosts who were on hand for any queries. a very enjoyable stay.

“Great stay, everything you could want in the barn was included.”

Annette and Martin were very attentive when needed but left you entirely to your own devices when not. Excellent facilities and fenced in garden so good for the dog. Five minutes drive to nearest pub and quite central for visiting other areas, would highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay.

“Annette and Martyn were marvellous hosts.”

“This is THE place to stay if you love dogs and like getting out and about some of the most beautiful places on Britain.”

The accomadatiom was the most thought out and lovely place I have stayed. Cleanliness facilities the enclosed garden for my dogs the little extras like poo bags doggy treats and the most amazing cream tea your are totally spoilt with two of the nicest people you will meet I wouldn't hesitate to return it was the perfect venue and location fir everything from a quiet retreat to an active holiday this is something quite special and lovely stress free beautiful quiet but not depends what you want. In my opinion totally the best of the best.

“Fantastic cottage very roomy ,warm and spotless ,Great hosts live next door but very respectful of your privacy.”

We manged to complete a further 50 miles of SWCP while staying here which was great .Would recommend KC.s Fish and Chips(10 mins away), The Square Porthleven(15mins away) and Mackerel Sky Newlyn(30 mins away but for us one of best places to eat in Cornwall our 4th visit) if friends are in the area would recommend the cottage as a place to stay.

Annette and Martyn are the most welcoming, thoughtful, friendly and kind hosts which nothing is too much trouble for. My first words were wow, wow and wow and the Cornish coffee/tea/sugar, homemade delicious cream tea, complimentary soap, dishwasher tablets, huge array of TV channels, very warm immaculate environment which looked like it had just been decorated was outstanding and perfect in every way. Our hound was super impressed by the homemade biscuits, private and safe garden, the bowl and towels provided! We will most definitely will return as it couldn’t get any better for us!
