Nestled on the outskirts of Falmouth in Cornwall, is this superb, three-bedroom mid-terrace house, Pheasants Walk.

Enjoying a fantastic location on the edge of The Lizard Heritage Coast with access to a selection of beautiful beaches, as well as an excellent selection of on-site facilities including a splash pool, bar and restaurant, tennis courts and children’s play area, Pheasants Walk is the perfect dwelling for a group or family of six looking to explore the Cornish Coast.

Park-up in the allocated off-road parking space, before unloading your bags and stepping into your new home-from-home.

Be welcomed into the well-equipped kitchen, where you can look forward to impressing your guests with mouth-watering meals, with the help of the electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, along with a handy dishwasher ensuring a fuss-free clean-up!

Settle down at the dining table for six to savour a delicious meal, as the wine is poured, and plans are made for the days ahead.

If the weather is nice, why not fire up the barbecue and dine alfresco out on your private patio?

As the evening grows darker, retire to the sitting room where you can curl up on the sofa and select a much-loved show from the TV.

Completing the ground floor is a cloakroom, ideal for those quick freshen-ups before heading out for the day!

When sleep calls, climb the stairs to the first floor, where you will find three well-appointed bedrooms, two doubles and a twin, all served by a shower room.

For the keen putters in your party, the Falmouth Golf Club is just a stone’s throw away and offers an excellent par 72 golf course up on the Cornish cliff tops.

Head into the centre of Falmouth, where you can explore the delights of the National Maritime Museum, peruse local artwork at the Falmouth Art Gallery, soak up the history and expansive views at Pendennis Castle, or sample the local delicacies at the fabulous selection of harbour-side pubs, restaurants and shops.

The Falmouth Harbour offers exceptional views out towards St Mawes, home to a 16th-century fortress with outdoor theatre available in the summer and the fabulous Lamorran Gardens.

Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (the third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches, will keep you occupied for hours. The town's old harbour-side pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and stunning National Maritime Museum simply complete the picture. Pendennis Castle, built by Henry VIII, is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with superb panoramic sea views.
