This beautifully-furnished detached lodge is set in a quiet area of Killigarth Manor Park in Polperro.

After undergoing a complete modernisation and makeover, the lodge offers a superb base for families and friends in need of rejuvenating break to the South of England.

The open-plan living area will welcome your return after a day of rambling the coastline, with a cosy seating arrangement facing towards the electric fire, along with a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare some delicious meals.

Throw open the patio doors to access the outdoor decking, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day or to eat alfresco whilst watching the sun set.

Smugglers Shack offers three vibrant bedrooms to choose from, including a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and two twins, plus family bathroom where you can enjoy a soak in the tub to round off your evening.

The lodge sits in a quiet area of the park and is surrounded by well-kept grassy areas for playing.

From March to October (inclusive), Killigarth Manor Park has something to keep all the family occupied, including a heated indoor pool, a playground, tennis courts, gym and sauna.

There is also a convenience store, a takeaway, restaurant and pub on the park, which is perfect if you fancy a night off cooking.

A short walk down a country lane will bring you to Polperro, a famous all-year-round tourist destination known for its idyllic appearance, as well as being home to several thriving pubs, well-known restaurants and a sheltered sandy beach.

For those feeling active, the South West Coast runs through Polperro, where you can walk for miles along dramatic cliff tops and sandy beaches.

Polperro and nearby Looe on the south coast of Cornwall’s coastline is a renowned tourist area giving visitors a unique holiday area to explore. Polperro is a historic fishing village nestling at the head of a long valley leading down to the sea. The sheltered fishing harbour with its surrounding jumble of quaint, whitewashed cottages, draws visitors from around the world. Walk the narrow streets, watch the fishermen land their catch, check the Smugglers Museum, take a leisurely lunch overlooking the harbour and then walk the clifftops for a taste of the spectacular coastal scenery.
