“Comfortable, clean and well located in the town.”

Second bedroom is a bit of a squeeze but suited our 12 and 8 year olds fine. The owners kindly let us use an outside socket to charge our electric car. We would be very happy to return to Talbot Cottages.

Thank you for the great feedback score. We are pleased that you found our place comfortable and clean. Our property does have the added benefit of an outside electric socket, and we were happy to accommodate your requirements; you were our first visitor requesting charging facilities. We hope you will return soon. We will welcome you back again, anytime. Property Owner

A delightfully peaceful country town, nestling in the Fowey river valley amid the woods and fields that characterise the area. Renowned as a centre for the antiques trade, there are several shops and dealers in the town, as well as a fine collection of country pubs, restaurants and a thriving farmer’s market. Lanhydrock House (NT) and gardens is just 3 miles away, while the fabulous Boconnoc House, Eden Project, shipwreck museum and tall ships harbour at Charlestown, and the picturesque fishing villages of Mevagissey, Fowey and Padstow, with the famous Rick Stein restaurants, are all within easy driving distance.
