I sent them a detailed email and forwarded a copy to Cornish Cottage Holidays. Since our return I have tried to contact Cornish Cottage holidays (holding on the phone for several hours). I received a call back from Sykes holidays (Emma) and she promised to get back to me in 24/48 hours. Still heard nothing back. I am still awaiting a response to my email of 3rd February. Pendower Cottage is in a fabulous position (the reason we selected it) and generally the cottage is lovely but was let down by the issues I outlined in my email and my conversations with Cornish Changeovers and Emma of Sykes Holidays. We would hopefully wish to return to the cottage in the future to enjoy the peace and warmth we were expecting.
