“The track leading to the cottage was even worse than expected with very large holes and ruts everywhere.”

the cottage was tired and dated, the lounge furniture uncomfortable and very low.Bathrooms were very basic. there was no welcome pack at all (most sykes cottages do something) wasps and flies were in lounge every day - coming through the rotten wood of the french doors which we couldn't open at all. location was lovely if you are able to access it.
