The property

Based on a quiet residential road, Offshore is a clean and spacious cottage that boasts a traditional style within a functional, homely layout.

Park up in the gravel driveway and step into the fresh seaside air, instantly putting you at ease.

Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a lovely, bright living room which housing large sofas and an electric fireplace.

There are also sliding panel doors and flood the room with light.

Wander into the well-equipped kitchen and you will find all the essential appliances for your cooking requirements.

There is also a small dining table from which dinner can be enjoyed from.

Taking you upstairs, you will find that each bedroom has been designed with comfort and modernity in mind.

Guests staying in the master bedroom can enjoy a generous king-size double with the convenience of an en-suite shower room.

There is a twin bedroom just across the hallway as well as a second twin and double on the ground floor.

Outside you will find a pebbled seating area, perfect for a drink outside, as well as a lawn section that provides soft ground for the children.

The garden is also fully enclosed so dogs can roam free.

Due to its central location, you will never find yourself more than a short walk from all of Crantock village's amenities, including pubs, small shops and a grocery store.

As well as the village, Crantock Beach is located close by, and is regarded as a haven for surfers and beach lovers alike.

If you fancy seeing more of Cornwall, hop in the car and drive to Newquay, a popular seaside resort that's only a few miles away, and offers enough to see and do for a whole day of exploration.

Offshore is a gem of a self-catering cottage, which hosts a spacious layout for easy, safe and fun living, as well as being located near to all of Crantock's facilities.

CRANTOCK

Newquay 4.5 miles.

Crantock is a small Cornish village, just a short walk from the beach, close to the popular resort of Newquay. If you want to escape the crowds, yet still be close to the action, this is the place to be. There's stunning countryside all around and lots of pretty villages to explore; however, it is the coast that dominates. Enjoy superb walks along the coastal path over dramatic cliff-tops, or magnificent surfing on beaches stretching from Watergate Bay in the North to Fistral beach in the centre of Newquay and on down the coast. There are a number of golf courses in the area, as well as National Trust properties, traditional pubs and outstanding restaurants. Newquay itself is a visitor's paradise with a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, plus attractions such as the Sea Life Centre, Newquay Zoo and nearby Dairyland and Eden Project.
