The property

Within beautiful ornamental gardens offering privacy, peace and seclusion, Trelaze offers a truly special escape. When ready to explore the superb north coast beaches of Rock, Daymer Bay and Polzeath are all within a 20 minute drive.

For those who prefer to exert less energy, relax on the sun terrace or have a picnic on the expanse of lawn in front of this single storey garden house nestled in 3 acres of evergreen shrubs, mature trees, lawns and ponds.

Have fun by taking advantage of the onsite private tennis court followed by a Pimms on the lawn whilst the children watch for rabbits and squirrels to appear. Just a few miles west is pretty as a picture Padstow where there are restaurants, cafes, boat trips and ice creams galore.Close to home, Pencarrow House (a fine Georgian mansion open to the public) is just down the road and the nearby award winning Camel Valley Vineyard is well worth a visit, offering wine tours and tastings.

The nearby Trehellas restaurant, about 500 yards away, has also proven popular with our guests.

The bustling popular market town of Wadebridge, just 3½ miles away offers good shopping opportunities and is the perfect stop for supplies en route to the beach. Not overlooked by the owners residence which lies behind, this delightful holiday property is a perfect retreat at any time of year.

The spacious central living room opens to a conservatory, perfect for morning coffee whatever the weather.

The two light, stylish and airy bedrooms provide sumptuous bedding for a very comfortable night and share a family bathroom.

Trelaze is very close to The Camel Cycle, it's practically on the doorstep and should not be missed; this 11 mile level track will suit cyclists of all abilities.
