The property

Perran Pearl A is positioned in the coastal town of Perranporth in Cornwall and enjoys a contemporary interior with countryside views.

This first-floor apartment is ideal for a couple looking to get away from it all, with a sweeping beach just paces away, as well as exciting attractions.

Leave your vehicle in the driveway before entering your holiday home․ Discover the open-plan living space, which is bright and spacious; here you can unwind with a cup of tea on the sofa as the Smart TV plays your favourite shows.

Treat your other half with a home-cooked meal, courtesy of the electric oven and hob and when dinner is served, settle down at the dining table and toast to your hideaway.

When the sun is shining, carry the conversation out onto the balcony, where you can relax to the backdrop of rolling hills.

As the evening cools, the balcony leads into the king-size bedroom, where you can have a bubble-bath in your en-suite bathroom or a hot rinse in the walk-in shower.

Awaken, with a steaming cup of coffee out on your balcony and why not take advantage of the natural light to escape into a good book?

Explore your surroundings and take a short stroll to the expansive, sandy beach or take a walk along the coastal path to admire the sights; sporting enthusiasts can test their swing at Perranporth Golf Club.

Visit the town of Newquay for a day filled with fun, tour the zoo to get up-close to your favourite animals, marvel at sea creatures in the aquarium and when stomachs start to rumble why not dine out at a beachfront eatery?

The city of Truro is also within easy reach, home to a grand cathedral, the Royal Cornwall Museum to immerse yourself in the past and close-by is Bodmin Moor for a hike.

Whisk your other half to Perran Pearl A for a romantic break.

About the location

PERRANPORTH

Newquay 9 miles; Truro 9.5 miles.

Perranporth, a beautiful Cornish coastal town, lies in the heart of Poldark Country, the setting for the novels of Winston Graham who lived in Perranporth in the 1930s. Perranporth offers plenty of traditional pubs and shops, plus a classic bucket-and-spade beach that is lifeguarded in summer, overlooked by craggy rocks and a wonderful coastal path. Once known as the source of the finest tin, the community still retains reminders of the rich heritage with abandoned pump houses, mine shafts and workers’ cottages. The local Blue Hills Museum and Perranzabuloe Folk Museum are both well worth a visit to understand the fascinating history of this coastal area. Further afield are the miles of sandy beaches at Crantock and Holywell Bay, and the breathtaking coastal walks around St Agnes, much of it owned by the National Trust. A perfect holiday base in Cornwall, with an abundance of activities to suit everyone.
