“Sat 07 Sept 24 - Thurs 12th Sept 24 We are very disappointed in our stay at this apartment as primarily our reason for choosing it and what we paid for fell short in the following areas.”

Firstly I’d like to address what was advertised in the description which we simply didn’t have. (I have screenshots of the apartment description if u need to see them) A Smart TV. There was no tv in this property whatsoever and we wouldn’t have booked if we knew this. We have a small child with us and on rainy days we could have used a smart tv to watch a movie, also it would have been nice to have the morning news on everyday. A Microwave, there was no microwave which made it very difficult to warm our babies milk in the morning and night and also warm up baby food throughout the day. The large extractor fan above the kitchen island doesn’t work and created lots of smoke when cooking. The extractor on the wall isn’t fit for purpose and is the opposite side of the kitchen. The garden is half finished. Not very nice to look at, and should feature in the photos as we were under the impression we’d have a recently refurbished garden as advertised. There wasn’t enough warm water for 4 people to have a quick shower each morning. This meant our son had a cold shower most mornings and there was no warm water throughout the day until 2pm. This again wasn’t advertised. The WiFi is incredibly slow as well. This combined with no tv meant we couldn’t even stream movies on our phones very well. I look forward to seeing what compensation u can offer based on the simple fact that what was advertised and paid for wasn’t provided. As a business owner myself, if I advertise a product and don’t deliver on what I advertised, I cannot in good faith charge for something that is essentially false advertisement. Kind Regards, Tony
