“The process of booking and enquiring about this property was not satisfactory.”

There was no link to the people running the house and no one could tell me about what was in the house ie bath mat, hairdryer, shower gel. There was a tiny travel hair dryer which was not ideal. There was no available feedback from previous guests. The washing machine door was broken and a maintenance man came quickly but the machine was then unworkable and I was offered no compensation nor apology. We liked the property itself and furniture and we are a very positive lovely family, so we made ...

Thank you for taking the time to complete your feedback. We are very sorry to hear of the issues you encountered, please accept our apologies. The hairdryer is a small hairdryer but not a travel hairdryer. Not all of our properties have a visitors book. The handyman who attended reported a fault with the washing machine but unfortunately a part had to be ordered and he had to wait for that before he could fix the washing machine. We are glad to hear that you liked the property Property Owner
