“Great size house, good facilities in terms of bed configurations, bathrooms etc.”

house could do with some TLC, the carpets are quite grubby and there was paint peeling off the ceiling in the double bedroom. Bath rooms and kitchen etc were clean on arrival. Some of the utilities didn’t work properly, only half the toaster worked, the washing machine broke down with our clothes in it (when I contacted for assistance with this the team responded very quickly) On arrival on the Friday the toilet in the main bathroom has a broken toilet seat and flush. This wasn’t fixed ...

This wasn’t fixed till the Wednesday and no communication about it until I called regarding the washing machine. The dishwasher basket didn’t fit properly either. No info was provided about when the bins were emptied, we noticed others putting theirs out so did the same. Potential to be a fab holiday let but it needs some updating.
