    “We have had the very best long weekend staying at Valley View.”

    We loved every second. Our accommodation was everything and more. Modern, clean, light and airy..with all the little touches that helped make our stay special. We made good use of all the facilities, especially the hot tub. Communication with the owners was clear and informative. We celebrated my 60th birthday with our family and it was perfect- thank you

The property

Valley View is an immaculate semi-detached holiday property sitting on the outskirts of Mullion, Cornwall.

Valley View is a magnificent base for a family of eight's break, located on a complex with several recreational amenities, such as a gym and infrared spa.

On arrival, four off-road parking spaces are available, allowing for easy unloading of your luggage into this fantastic getaway.

Step inside to be wowed by the exquisite sitting room, which features sumptuous elements like a woodburning stove and colour-changing lighting; switch on the Smart TV to enjoy a movie with your loved ones.

As you go into the house, you'll see a superbly equipped kitchen/diner with high-gloss cabinets and integrated equipment, as well as a contemporary dining area.

After the group's designated chef has prepared a scrumptious meal using, savour it at the dining table or outside in in the private garden; after dining alfresco, make sure to indulge yourself in a soothing dip in the hot tub for a wonderful post-dinner treat!

Back inside, there is also a cloakroom/utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer, so you can keep your clothing fresh during your stay.

As the day comes to an end, sleep in one of four wonderfully decorated double bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor and features a Smart TV and an en-suite shower room.

Ascend the stairs to find three more fantastic bedrooms, the first one being the master, which offers a Smart TV in both the bedroom and the en-suite bathroom, where you can wash away the day in the rainfall shower or relax your muscles in the bath.

Two further bedrooms, also zip/linked, are nearby and include Smart TVs and en-suite shower rooms; all of the bedrooms boast charming, rural views, as well as substantial storage, so you can neatly store your things.

Newton Farm Riding Stables

These four charming cottages are idyllically located on the Lizard Peninsula in the beautiful region of South Cornwall, with a wealth of fun-filled activities provided on-site and beautifully spacious interiors offering flexible accommodation to families and friends. Sitting in delightful, well-stocked grounds with pretty gardens, these properties boast their own private patios with seating in a peaceful setting. MULLION

Helston 5 miles; Lizard Point 5.5 miles.

Mullion is a large village on the Lizard Peninsula, five miles south of Helston and just over five miles from Lizard Point, the most southerly tip of mainland Britain. The village is home to a selection of popular restaurants, shops and pubs, Mullion Meadows Chocolate Factory and coffee shop, as well as Mullion Cove, a pretty working harbour. Helston is a pleasant busy market town famous for its Flora Day Festival and the many stories and legends about the "Furry Dance" are told in the fascinating Helston Folk Museum. Nearby is the Poldark Mine, one of the best underground experiences in the south west and which tells of the widespread mining heritage of this area. Further afield is the harbour town of Falmouth to the east and Land's End to the west. Mullion is a wonderful holiday destination offering plenty of attractions for the whole family.
