The property

This mid-terrace, granite cottage sits in the charming village of Pendeen, on the scenic Penwith Peninsula.

Perfectly placed in this idyllic corner of Cornwall, Iris Cottage welcomes families of five (with additional cot to sleep baby) looking to break away for a little while.

Internally, the cottage boasts a fusion of contemporary and character features; the sitting room offers a large corner sofa where you can kick back and keep warm beside the woodburning stove, with a Smart TV for catching up on your favourite shows.

Move into the kitchen, where you can conjure up a hearty dish for the group to be enjoyed at the dining table.

A handy utility/cloakroom completes the ground-floor, boasting a washing machine and tumble dryer so you won’t have to pack your whole wardrobe!

As you look to settle down for the night, head to the shower room for a freshen up before choosing between three bedrooms to catch your rest, each complete with a TV.

Pendeen itself has much to offer within walking distance with a handful of great pubs, a convenience store, coffee shop, great fish and chips and a pottery/gallery on the doorstep.

Nestled on the Penwith Peninsula, you have access to a number of beaches, perfect for treating the little ones for a fun-filled day playing in the sand.

Avid walkers can join the South West Coastal Path or hop in the car and head to the coastal town of Penzance, where you can visit Penlee House Gallery and Museum, boasting artist exhibitions in a Victorian home.

Choose Iris Cottage and make memories with your loved ones.
