The property

With its prime location in Marazion and breath-taking views of nearby St. Michael's Mount, By-Sea is a beautiful cottage.

By-Sea is nestled along the roadside between a row of picturesque terrace cottages, and is only a short stroll from a beautiful stretch of golden sand.

The amenities at By-Sea are well suited for an amazing holiday, with features like Sky T.V, an iPod docking station, off-road parking for two cars, two TVs, and a plethora of books, games, and DVDs.

Step inside to find a homely living room and dining area, perfect for winding down in front of the warming woodburning stove after a day of sightseeing.

A fully-equipped galley kitchen, perfect for whipping up hearty meals for the whole family to enjoy at the dining room table.

On warm days, enjoy the sun-trapped and sheltered, steep terrace garden in the back (children to be supervised), which is well-equipped for relaxation and alfresco dining; a truly unforgettable setting with the sound of the nearby crashing waves.

At nightfall, you can retire to one of the three bedrooms after a refreshing shower in the sleek upstairs bathroom, or a relaxing bath downstairs.

From the double and single room, you can take in the spectacular view of Mount's Bay and Penzance Harbour; there is also another double completing this floor.  Spend the day in Marazion perusing the town's many art galleries and gift shops before relaxing at one of the area's historic inns, cafes, or restaurants.

St. Michael's Mount is home to a subtropical garden and a mediaeval castle, both of which are well worth the short boat ride or stroll across the bay.

Along the coastal footpath to Penzance, which is flat and only three miles long, you can see incredible views and watch windsurfers, dinghies, and kite-surfers skimming the water. White sand beaches at Porthcurno, Sennen, and Praa Sands, quaint fishing villages like St. Ives and Mousehole, and famous landmarks like Land's End and The Minack Theatre are all within driving distance from Marazion, making it an ideal home base for exploring Cornwall's far west.

By-Sea is the perfect place to create lifelong memories.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £200.
