The property

Spring Tide offers flexible and affordable accommodation for families without compromising on comfort and space.

There are two attractive bedrooms located on the first floor, one furnished with a king size bed and the other with twin beds.

Set back from the road, it offers space for children with access to a large lawn area (communal) and the chance to dine alfresco on the patio which benefits from the afternoon sun.

It is equipped with sun loungers and DVD's, games and books for wet weather entertainment.

The open plan living room is a sociable space with a 40 inch HD TV , digital recorder and comfortable seating including a fashionable corner settee.

There is allocated parking for one car. Enjoying the south west aspect of the village, Spring Tide benefits from easy access to the coastal footpaths and Maenporth Cove.

Perhaps the best walk would be from Maenporth cove, up across the spectacular coastal footpath towards Swanpool, for those who want to venture further could carry on to Gyllyingvase Beach.

Guests wanting to enjoy a game of tennis are just a stone's throw away from the all weather courts whilst those wanting to relax will appreciate the patio area. North Helford and Falmouth are perhaps the quintessential Cornish visitor destinations; a mix of beach, creek and woodland serve some of our most interesting and historic villages and towns.

Falmouth itself is home to the National Maritime Museum, visitors will enjoy an amble through the narrow streets and possibly a boat trip across the River Fal or up the river towards Truro.

The Cornish Cottage Holidays team is always on hand to advise you on the area and to help you plan your stay with us. The Village of Gardens, Pendra Loweth is a village of purpose built and privately owned self-catering holiday cottages.

Situated in the beautiful and peaceful valley leading down to Maenporth Beach, Falmouth.

With onsite facilities including tennis courts, children's outdoor play area and an indoor plunge pool (seasonal opening hours).
