“The property has been refurbished to a very high standard and is in a great location next to all the great shops, pubs and restaurants this gorgeous fishing village has to offer.”

However, there were some issues (not reported to the owner as didn’t need urgent addressing) which were disappointing. The front entry door is very dirty and isn’t inviting when you arrive. There is mould in the shower on the grout and sealant and a dirty extractor fan cover. The basin drain is blocked and slow running. The bottom sheet in the double bed doesn’t fit, too small so can’t be tucked in. All these things should’ve been addressed in preparation of our stay. The owner kindly ...

The owner kindly arranged for an iron and ironing board for our use, however the cover was very stained and had a ripped. What was very disappointing is I noted many of these things had been pointed out before by previous guests but not addressed. While the TV has Netflix, NOW TV etc it would be good to have the regular channels. The sofas are too small to reasonably accommodate four adults comfortably. While this is a lovely apartment with some great positives it did lack the attention to detail which is appreciated by paying guests.
