“Very comfortable apartment and quite spacious.”

Also good to be warned about the stairs leading to the property. Easy walk to Truro along Riverside road and also to Malpas.

This two-bedroom penthouse apartment is decorated with a stylish coastal theme reflecting its surroundings, and is great for three friends looking for a contemporary holiday home close to Cornish jewels and bustling facilities.

Park in a designated spot before ascending two flights of stairs to your home, where you'll find a bright and spacious living space with a Velux Cabrio Balcony.

Relax and unwind while flicking through the Smart TV to catch up on your shows and enjoying big meals at the dining table while sipping tea on the navy blue sofa.

The cream kitchen features an electric oven and range for preparing delectable dishes, as well as a dishwasher for easy cleanup.

Retire for the evening as the sky darkens, and select between two beautiful bedrooms, a double with an en-suite and a small double bedroom, both with adequate storage for your possessions.

Start your day with a rinse in the en-suite shower room or a soak in the bathroom before sitting down to a home-cooked breakfast prepared with the kitchen amenities.

Walks may be taken right from the doorstep, with the lovely River Fal estuary leading to Malpas and onto St Clement.

To keep you entertained, the nearby Boscawen Park rests just a short stroll away and makes for a peaceful afternoon with a picnic, or you can even burn off some extra energy with a game of tennis on the tennis court opposite!

In the centre of Truro, you'll find a wealth of small cafes and stores, as well as tennis courts and a golf course where you can practise your swing, or snuggle up with popcorn at the theatre in the evening.

Treat yourself to a meal and a drink at the Heron Inn, a traditional pub serving delicious food, or perhaps enjoy a baked good breakfast at Trennick Mill or Heron Farm & Café at Malpas Marina, then board a boat for an adventure to the coastal town of Falmouth, where you may see a massive castle.

Choose upper deck for a staycation you'll never forget.
