“We stayed at C&L in March and loved it, so we came back 6 months later and, if anything, enjoyed it even more.”

It really is a great place to explore the coastal walks from and sample the delights of Newquay. So, we'll be back again soon.

Ideal for a romantic retreat, the apartment offers sought-after off-road parking while being within walking distance of Newquay town centre and golden sands at Crantock beach and Fistral beach.

Arriving at the property, park your car and climb the stairs to the second floor to reach your dwelling.

Stepping into the apartment, the open-plan living space greets you with an abundance of light pouring in through the large window, fitted with patio doors and a Juliet balcony.

Cosy up on the sofa with your loved one and settle in to watch the Smart TV after an exciting day at the beach.

From here, take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen, fitted with all the necessary appliances for your self-catering requirements; the sleek, fitted kitchen is home to a gas hob, an electric oven, a microwave and a fridge/freezer, where you can cook up a storm to enjoy at the dining table while you plan your next day of adventures.

As the evening draws to a close, retire to the bedroom for some well-deserved rest; the spacious bedroom hosts a plush king-size sleigh bed and plenty of storage for you to unpack your belongings in this home away from home, as well as boasting chic furnishings and a neutral décor.

Completing this stylish abode is a bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower, a basin, a WC, and gorgeous roll-top bath where you can relax and unwind in the bubbles after a day of discovering your surroundings.

If you don't fancy cooking throughout your stay, there are numerous restaurants, cafés and pubs just a short walk from the apartment; Sea Spray is a delightful café offering an all-day menu and pretty sea views, while slightly further into the town, The Fish House Fistral offers a delicious fresh seafood menu.

Spend your days at one of three stunning sandy beaches; Fistral Beach, Crantock Beach and Poly Joke Beach are all within easy reach of the abode and offer wonderful surfing opportunities in the ever-rolling surf, amongst other watersport activities.

If relaxation is more your style, the fantastic beaches provide a beautiful setting for catching some sun and building sandcastles with your little one, before grabbing a light lunch and an ice cream.

Animal lovers will be pleased to discover the superb Newquay Zoo, home to dozens of exotic and endangered animals set within 13 acres of idyllic tropical gardens, and the Blue Reef Aquarium Newquay, which overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and provides an insight into the fascinating sea creatures just off the Cornish shores.

Branching further afield, a short and scenic drive will bring you to Perranporth, home to another wonderful beach and a boating lake, where you can tour the lake and stop for a coffee and cake in the café.

Whatever the weather, Crabs and Lobsters is the perfect base for a romantic holiday to Cornwall's immense coast.
