The property

Set in a suburb of the bustling town of Newquay, Cornwall within walking distance of amenities and the fabulous Fistral Beach is Estuary View.

Arriving at the property, park in the provided off-road spaces and make your way into the property.

The sitting room welcomes you in to kick off your sandy shoes and cosy up with your loved ones in front of the fire after a long day at the beach.

From here, take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen/diner where you will find an electric oven and hob, a microwave, and a handy dishwasher to assist with the cleaning up.

Throw open the patio doors and let the fresh air in and gather the group to enjoy your meals, as you plan your next day of adventures.

As the evening draws to a close climb the stairs to the first floor where you will find three well-presented bedrooms.

Each bedroom is delicately decorated with the consistent blue colour scheme, thoughtfully selected furnishings, and plush beds.

The first floor hosts two double bedrooms, one of which has a zip and link feature for a flexible sleeping arrangement for your group, along with a single.

Freshen up in the family bathroom where you will find a bath, a shower over, a basin and a WC.

The multilevel garden hosts a patio area with a firepit and dining furniture, while the lawn provides space for your four-legged friends to give their legs a stretch.

The River Gannel tide flows in and out at the foot of the propertys garden; while the tide is out, you can stroll along the sandy river bed and reach the renowned Crantock Beach, and when the tide is in, take advantage of the perfect kayaking and canoeing opportunity.

A short walk from the doorstep of the house will take you into the hustle and bustle of Newquay town centre, home to plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés.

Treat your family to a meal out in one of the local eateries such as Cove24, or for some fine seafood while at the seaside, Moules & Co.

Newquay is home to a zoo and a Sea Life centre, perfect to keep your younger guests entertained, or even if you have animal lovers in your party.

There is also plenty of walking and cycling paths to enjoy, as well as a luscious golf course and an endless rolling surf ideal for watersports, whether you are experienced or a complete beginner.

Further afield, you can spend the day in the lovely town of Perranporth, or venture inland to the popular town of Truro for a day of discovering Cornwall's finest attractions.
