“Lovely apartment, exceptionally clean and lovely touches.”

Owners were lovely people. Walk everywhere, we got parking outside all week. Would highly recommend Sunset House. Dog friendly too. Nice outside area.

“The cottage is really lovely and has plenty of space for your own clothes and groceries.”

We felt like at home. The playground accros the street is definitely a plus for the kids. We walk to the beach everyday, and it was not too much difficult for the kids to come back up. We never took the car except for our first grocery shopping the first day. It is really lovely to be able to walk everywhere (supermarket, beaches, town center). We really enjoyed our week !

In a perfect location just a short walk to Newquay High Street, the Harbour and Fistral Beach. Great bonus of a playground over the road (quiet one way street). We loved the welcome goodies to settle us in, and had a wonderful week, thank you!

“What can I say other than wow.”

. The apartment is located in a quiet area just 1km from Fistral beach and 800 meters from the centre. The apartment is as described and it really feels like home. Nothing is missing the kitchen has all the necessary accessories and at the comfort level everything is there too. Having two bathrooms is a real plus. Helen and Anthony are always available and respond quickly to our questions.

“Great place, great host and great convenient location.”

Perfect quiet spot, only 5 min walk to the beach in one direction or to the centre of town in the other. We couldn't get a parking space in the street outside but there's a long stay car park directly opposite (height restricted) and the location is so convenient we walked everywhere and didn't use the car all week. Big field and play park with zip slide opposite was also a bonus, so we could keep an eye on our kids playing from the dining room whilst overlooking Fistral and Towan Headland.

This wonderful ground-floor apartment, Sunset House, is located in the bustling Cornish town of Newquay.

Sunset House is a perfect base for couples, friends, families, and two small or one medium well-behaved dogs to enjoy a coastal getaway.
