“A great property our third stay there .”

Warm and comfortable, ideally placed to visit the south of Cornwall. Very friendly couple who can recommend where to go to visit and where to find the best pasties.

The property

Situated alongside the beautiful Lizard Heritage Coast, within the small hamlet of Rosudgeon, is this charming barn conversion, Sea View Loft.

Lovingly renovated into a stylish and contemporary holiday home, this accommodation rests all on the first floor and is suitable for friends and families looking to explore the delights of Cornwall's south coast.

Entering the property, be welcomed into a spacious open-plan living room, complete with two large sofas where you can cosy up with your loved ones and unwind in front of the TV.

Gather at the dining table to spend some quality family time discussing the day's events over a home-cooked meal and a refreshing beverage.

The kitchen itself has been fitted to a high-standard, housing all the appliances needed to cook up some delicious meals.

Choose from a double and twin bedroom to rest your head after a long day exploring the south coast, boasting plenty of storage space and stunning views across the surrounding countryside.

To the front of the cottage is an enclosed garden with lawn and gravelled areas so you can soak up the sun whilst your pet stretches its legs.

While you're in the area, join the South West Coast Path and take a long walk or cycle towards the nearest seaside town Marazion or even slightly further afield towards Penzance, home to a range of popular attractions.

Discover some picturesque sandy beaches such as Praa Sands, where you can spend your afternoons bathing in the sun, or taking a long and relaxing swim in the shallow waters, before enjoying a delightful picnic spread across your beach towels.

Adventure seekers will delight in exploring the tidal island St Michael's Mount, accessed via the causeway at low tide, home to ancient castle walls and sub-tropical gardens with stunning views of the mainland.

Sea View Loft is an excellent modernised cottage on the south coast of Cornwall.
