    “Lovely cottage and fantastic location.”

    Excellent local owners. Had a small issue with a blocked drain. Fixed immediately with no hassle and a smile. Welcome basket a nice touch. Recommended.

The village also has a very good taxi firm for when you don’t feel like driving.Those who prefer to explore the area on foot can take a short hike from the village and discover the standing stones of Trevorgans and Priden, explore the Bronze Age Boscawen-un Stone Circle, venture to Merry Maidens Stone Circle or discover St Loy Bluebell woods and St Loy Cove.

Head southward to the beautiful village of Porthcurno, home to beautiful beaches with turquoise waters and the stunning open-air theatre, The Minack Theatre, constructed on a granite outcrop jutting into the sea.

Take a picturesque drive to Newlyn for more coastal fun, including walks around Newlyn Harbour, tours of the Newlyn Art Gallery and afternoons on the beach, or a visit to the neighbouring Trewidden Garden might be your thing.
