This friendly, single-storey holiday home is situated on the St Merryn Holiday Village, two miles from the village of St Merryn itself and four miles from Padstow.

Set on the edge of the Trevose Head Heritage Coast and a stone’s throw from the A39 and A30, makes this property the perfect base for families, friends and even couples who are looking to make the most of their time in this beautiful county.

French doors welcome the sunshine into a large, open plan living space with two large sofas and a Smart TV, as well as a round dining table in the corner that is perfect for planning the day’s adventures over breakfast.

Beyond the sitting area is a kitchen with plenty of counter space so you can prepare picnics and delicious meals using local produce from the county’s many farm shops.

There are three bedrooms where you can enjoy a good night’s sleep after exploring Trevose Head, or a long, lazy day at one of the area’s seven sensational beaches.

Outside is a neat, private garden with dining furniture where you can enjoy alfresco dining in the summer, and a glass of wine on warm evenings as you reminisce the day.

The National Trusts’ Carnewas at Bedruthan Steps is just over 10 minutes away in the car, providing the picture-perfect spot for a picnic.

The Saint’s Way, a 27-mile walking route to the East Coast, begins at Padstow’s pretty harbour and the vibrant town of Newquay is less than a half hour drive away.

You can try surfing, coasteering or just enjoy exploring its many shops and pubs.

St Merryn is a typical Cornish village, located within two miles of the coast and close to the picturesque harbour and fishing port of Padstow. Surrounded by some of Cornwall's best surfing beaches and golf courses, St Merryn is a holidaymaker's dream, offering two pubs, three restaurants, a chinese takeaway, a chip shop, mini markets and a Post Office, yet St Merryn remains within easy reach of the area's visitor attractions. The vibrant town of Newquay is eleven miles down the road, boasting three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a paradise for watersports enthusiasts. Newquay also offers good shopping, a zoo, a Sea Life centre and a variety of nightspots, clubs, pubs and restaurants.
