    We have had a lovely stay in Gull rock, the cottage was clean and warm the views of the bay was lovely the kitchen was kitted out nicely The only thing that slightly let it down was the movement noise from the flat above as it is an old cottage the floor boards were creaking when people moved about if you can cope with that then you will have a lovely time The tv does not get normal channels as you have to use IPlayer to get any channels which was a let down as it kept dropping out and us ...

    We have had a lovely stay in Gull rock, the cottage was clean and warm the views of the bay was lovely the kitchen was kitted out nicely The only thing that slightly let it down was the movement noise from the flat above as it is an old cottage the floor boards were creaking when people moved about if you can cope with that then you will have a lovely time The tv does not get normal channels as you have to use IPlayer to get any channels which was a let down as it kept dropping out and us not able to watch anything, in the winter months a tv is essential when it goes dark even we took a radio to get music but again being down in the valley doesn’t get any stations it could do with the owner using sky to allow visitors to have that total package but that’s the only negative we can or want to give we really loved our stay thank you

Trebarwith Strand is a small hamlet just 2 miles south west of Tintagel. With just a few dwellings and a country pub, this beach side community provides a great magnet for surfers and coastal path walkers. With majestic scenery, high cliffs and rocky coves to explore it's the perfect holiday retreat, while Tintagel with King Arthur's castle, a selection of cafes and restaurants and an old Post Office is just one mile away over the cliff tops. The area is perfect for exploring the major surfing beaches to the south as well as the open spaces of Bodmin Moor just 10 miles to the east. The major beach resort of Bude is 19 miles away while Boscastle with its quaint harbour and pottery is just 5 miles away. Newquay, the Eden Project and the cathedral city of Truro can all be reached within 60 minutes by car.
