.. Then realised they where in every room. Don't know what the need for so many.
Opened kitchen cupboards to make a drink, and pulled out a mug and a glass both where definitely not cleaned properly as they had fresh coffee/ tea stains.
So entering the bedroom pretty sure the bed was not freshly made as had dog hairs and not smellimg fresly washed.
In bathroom hairs in the bath .. so had to clean the bath so could shower. Also mirrored cabinet, opened it and it was full of dust amd dirty ...

Sadly as met a few nice people in the area ..
100% wouldn't stay there again.
We are very sorry this has happened. As you can see by our previous feedback everybody has commented on how clean the property is.
We only assume that the cleaning company we use to turn the property around used a different person who didn’t clean to yours and our acceptable standard.
We will be taking it up with the cleaning company.
We have lots of returning guests year on year which we wouldn’t have if the bungalow wasn’t up to standard.
