Approached along a private tree lined drive, guests have access to a path (for their sole use) to the swimming pool and ample parking.
Sitting in the meadow hidden from the view of the owners' country house and Cider Cottage, Smugglers Cottage and Sam's Cabin (available for individual/group bookings).
The sheltered verandah is equipped with table/chairs and a bench which can be used to sit out on the meadow and relax with a novel from the bookshelf.
Parents and children will also appreciate the swings, slide, playhouse and picnic tables positioned away from the lodge and provided for all guests.
It is level access to the entrance which opens onto an open plan living room presented with a well-equipped, gloss white kitchen, plump settee and arm chairs, attractive artwork and games, DVD's and CD's.
Well insulated with double glazing and soft carpeting, it is ideal for romantic winter breaks and guests arriving in spring will see the sheep with their new lambs in neighbouring fields as bird song fills the air.
There is a king size bed dressed in soft, pretty bed linens, the memory foam mattresses in the bunk bedroom will suit both adults and children.
